Our Mission

From Soil to Bottle: The Art of Boutique Winemaking

Our mission centers on producing the highest quality wines by nurturing every vine on our estate. Spirits of Norway Winery is dedicated to maintaining a boutique scale, capping annual production under 3,000 cases to ensure every step, from soil care to bottling, is handled with precision and care. President Randy Larson personally selects cold-climate hybrid grapes, such as Marquette and Brianna, designed to flourish in Wisconsin’s unique environment. Our approach blends old-world heritage with modern expertise, resulting in wines that have received gold and double-gold medals at major international competitions. Each bottle is a tribute to our Norwegian roots, the local terroir, and the artisan methods that set us apart from mass-production wineries. We invite you to experience the difference that local craftsmanship and a deep respect for the land can make.
