Wind of Change

Wind of Change is our Nebbiolo style wine. If you like your wines big, bold and red, Wind of Change needs to be on your radar. At first glance you will be drawn to its beautiful jewel red color, followed by delicate hints of fruit and floral notes. Exceptionally balanced, Wind of Change pairs best with beef cuts like ribeye or prime rib and butternut squash. Enjoy as a standalone or with soft cheeses like brie or goat cheese.

Belaire

Belaire is a beautiful red blend featuring two of our premium estate grapes. Belaire has an alluring nose with notes of velvety medium oak toast and berries. Belaire will pair up superbly with a charcoal grilled steak with the depth of smokey oak. Feeling adventurous? Try pairing with a smoked Mozzarella cheese. Snuggle up in front of the fireplace with this award winner.

Noble Reserva

Noble Reserva lives up to its noble history. This Tempranillo style is the sixth noblest grape in the world. This deep, dark red boasts a smooth finish that lingers with the taste of tannin on both sides of your mouth. Noble Reserva generally offers more fruit, jammy flavors like blackcurrants, cherry and tomato-sauce. On the more earthy side, expect to taste notes of cedar, tobacco and cloves. Pair’s best with lasagna and other tomato based dishes. A terrific combination with Manchego cheese.
